You’ll work alongside experienced Vets and a team of experienced RVNs, taking a key role in supporting the clinical team, developing the practice and helping create an environment where vets can thrive. You’ll have the opportunity to:- Lead and support the existing veterinary team
- Help develop and grow the practice
- Mentor and support junior vets as the team expands
- Encourage clinical development and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with the other Vets and experienced nursing team
- Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
- Influence the future direction of the practice
- Previous experience working in a small animal practice
