Senior RVN Opportunity – Independent Clinic | Bedfordshire Area
GVC are assisting an independent veterinary clinic with a fantastic opportunity across their sites in the Bedfordshire area.
The Role:
- Senior RVN position with scope to step into some Head RVN responsibilities
- Leadership duties shared across the team, with opportunity to oversee at one site and support others
- Multi-site role offering great exposure and variety
The Practice:
- Independent, first-opinion group
- 12 Vets, 8 RVNs, and 4 SVN nurses (qualifying this year)
- Supportive environment with a strong team structure
Rota:
- 5-day week (8-hour shifts): 8–5, 9–6, 10:30–7:30
- Option to discuss a 4-day week
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (8:30–5:30) with time off in lieu
- No OOHs
Salary:
- Newly qualified RVNs: £30,000–£31,000
- Experienced RVNs (15+ years): £36,000–£38,000
- Salary banding based on experience
- Additional bonus available for Clinical Coaches
Interview Process:
- Initial Teams call
- Followed by a trial shift
