The Role:

Our client is searching for a Head RVN to join their small animal practice.

They are well-equipped with all the necessary tools to provide a range of services, including X-rays, in-house laboratory work, dentistry, and even home visits.

The practice is located in a fantastic area, boasting a loyal client base and offering convenient, free parking right outside their doors.

As part of their professional and personable team, you will go beyond standard consulting. You will listen and empathize, always placing your patients and clients at the forefront.

Your daily responsibilities within the practice will involve providing exceptional care to both patients and clients. Moreover, you will possess the drive and ambition to enhance the practice, optimizing the client and patient experience while promoting safety.

You'll play a crucial role in training, developing, and leading the entire nursing team.

Your proactive approach will encompass maintaining your own professional and clinical skills, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and exploring opportunities for further development and improvement of our standards.

As an RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse, you already have a solid understanding of how a dynamic practice operates efficiently. Sharing their core values of trustworthiness, care, and progress, you'll take the initiative in promoting patient welfare and possess caring, considerate communication skills. Equally important are your leadership skills, essential for enabling your team to function as a cohesive unit and proactively seek opportunities for improvement
