RVN Role In Berkshire
Berkshire, United Kingdom
Are you looking for a new role, with a practice that utilises its Nurses skills and offers a fantastic working environment?
My client have a practice in Berkshire, and are currently seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate RVN to join their outstanding team.
As well as the usual small animal patients, this practice see a number of small furries too, with members of their team pursuing certificates in these specialties. Additionally, they have team members experienced in orthopaedics and ophthalmology, with certificate holders in these areas meaning they can offer more than just first opinion treatments, and the best care for all their patients.
They have excellent purpose built facilities, with state of the art equipment and are located close to local amenities and providing free parking for staff and clients.
They are open to considering flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. With early and late shifts between 8:30am – 7:30pm throughout the week, ensuring a good work-life balance. Weekend rotas are only 1:5 Saturdays (8:30am – 5pm), that’s less than one per month! The shifts are splite between kennels, theatre, prep or consultations shifts, and mean you will use all of your skills and get hands on experience in all areas of clinical, medical and surgical nursing.
The ability to support Students would be required, and having Clinical Coach status would be great (although not essential).
They love to support their team and help them grow, so offer a generous CPD budget and excellent learning work environment to develop your skills.
In return for your hard work and commitment they are offering a salary to reflect your experience (between £26.000 - £32.000 DOE), plus additional benefits including staff discounts, rewards schemes, and more.
