Reading Veterinary Clinic is a new, independent small animal clinic opening towards the end of 2026. We’re building a team that values clinical excellence, mutual respect, and a supportive, stress free working environment.
We’re looking for a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVN) to join us ahead of opening. This is a chance to be part of a practice from day one and have real input into how we work.
Whether you are an experienced RVN or have recently qualified, we'd love to hear from you. We are creating a work place where team wellbeing come first.
The Role:
Flexible hours: Full-time and part-time roles available
Clinical freedom: We trust our nurses to work to the top of their scope within RCVS guidelines
Supportive environment: Small, friendly team with direct access to the veterinary surgeon and owner

About You:
RCVS-registered RVN with the right to work in the UK
Confident in all aspects of nursing care and client communication
Team player with a positive, proactive and passionate attitude

We will be a small, close-knit team where everyone’s input matters, and we’re committed to creating a workplace that’s supportive, collaborative, stress free and enjoyable!

The Package:
A salary from and in the region of £30,000-£35,000 plus 5 weeks of annual leave, RCVS and VDS fees and much more!
