An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Nurse to lead a friendly, well-established nursing team at a modern, purpose-built veterinary surgery in Bristol.
The practice features state-of-the-art facilities following a fantastic recent refurbishment designed to optimise clinical workflow and patient care. You will be joining a passionate team with a broad range of clinical specialities, with many colleagues actively working towards certificates.
Role & Rota Details:
- Hours: 4 days per week (9-hour shifts).
- Out-of-Hours: Duty nights on rotation.
- Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 weekends.
- Responsibilities: Leading and supporting the professional development of RVNs, student nurses, and VCAs while consistently delivering exceptional clinical care and customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good level of clinical experience.
- Confident, self-motivated, and engaging leadership style.
- Passionate about team development and high clinical standards.
Package & Remuneration:
- Salary: Starting from £34,000 per annum (depending on experience).
- Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
