JR Veterinary is recruiting on behalf of a friendly, well-established, and recently refurbished veterinary practice in Bristol. This purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility, features a modern, spacious working area and the latest technology. The practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional day-and-night clinical care.
We are seeking a confident Head Nurse to lead, inspire, and support the professional development of a passionate clinical team, including RVNs, students, and VCAs. Many team members possess diverse specialities and are actively working towards further certificates.
📅 The Role & Requirements:
- Hours: 39 hours per week.
- Shift Pattern: 4 days a week (9-hour shifts).
- Weekends & OOH: 1 in 4 weekends, with duty nights included on a rotation.
- The Ideal Candidate: Someone with a strong clinical background who is driven to maintain exceptional clinical standards and customer service while fostering a collaborative team environment.
🎁 Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Starting from £34,000 (dependent on experience)
