As part of their expansion, my client is looking for a work flow coordinator to join their passionate, friendly and supportive nursing team. The main responsibilities would include:
- Maximising efficiency of staff whilst optimising the use of resources
- Ensuring systems are followed correctly in the delivery of nursing care
- Problem-solving to resolve potential clashes or resource shortages
- Being the point of contact for clinical staff to ensure the smooth running of the clinical caseload
- Supporting the nursing and theatre teams to ensure cases flow through the preparation area efficiently and safely
- Their core ethos revolves around their appreciation for employees, so building a friendly, close-knit team is critical for their working environment.
Successful candidates will have extensive experience in a fast-paced nursing or clinical setting, as preferably experience in an organising or coordinating role. Applications from outside the veterinary field will also be considered (NHS etc). You will be competent and at ease providing direction to a wide range of stakeholders using a variety of communication styles.

Salary is up to £33k depending on experience with 6.6 weeks of annual leave (including Bank Holidays) increasing based on length of service as well as your birthday as a paid day off!
