4 day week. No nights. A genuine hospital environment where you can grow and still have a life.
If you are an RVN who loves the clinical buzz but not the burnout
If you are craving a workplace where you can use your skills fully, feel part of something bigger, and still get home with energy left for your own life, this might be exactly what you have been looking for.
The Opportunity
We are working with a multi discipline small animal hospital in the Aylesbury area, that has built something rare. It is a genuinely supportive environment where nurses are trusted, encouraged, and given space to develop. This is a hospital that never stops improving. It is open 24/7, fully equipped with advanced diagnostics, including CT and dental radiography, and supported by a large nursing team with certificate holders, specialists, and a huge amount of collective experience.
They are looking for an RVN who enjoys variety and wants to be part of a big, capable team where wards, theatre, nurse clinics, and exotics all play a part in your week. If you are warm, collaborative, and curious, you will fit in beautifully.
Success in this role looks like feeling settled, valued, and confident. It looks like having your strengths recognised and your interests encouraged. It looks like coming to work each day with the sense that you are part of a hospital that genuinely cares about its people.
