The Leadership Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Deputy Head Nurse to support the Head Nurse in managing clinical excellence and team efficiency.
- Clinical Governance: You will assist in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the clinical activities across the surgery.
- Team Development: Our client requires a strong team player who is keen to mentor, support, and develop their nursing colleagues.
- Caseload Variety: The role involves a mix of consulting, inpatient care, and surgical duties across 9-hour shifts.
- State-of-the-Art Facilities: The surgery is purpose-built and excellently equipped, featuring 2 Operating Theatres, a full Dental Suite (with handheld X-ray), Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, separate species wards (including walk-in kennels), Isolation Unit, in-house lab, and a blossoming Orthopaedic Caseload.
