My client is seeking a confident and motivated Deputy Head Nurse to join their growing nursing team at a modern, well-equipped small animal practice in Cheshire.
Working closely with the Head Nurse, this role supports the smooth running of the clinical team, helping to drive high standards of patient care, efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills who enjoys a varied caseload across consults, inpatient care and theatre.
The role offers a 4-day working week with 9-hour shifts, a 1-in-4 weekend rota, and genuine flexibility around working patterns. Salary is £29,000–£34,000 DOE, alongside an excellent benefits package including CPD allowance, profit share bonus, enhanced maternity pay, income protection, wellbeing support, retail discounts and overseas charity work opportunities.
