The team currently has 18 members with a mix of ANA, SVN and RVN positions and they are seeking two qualified RVNs to join them.
Both roles will be largely based in their lead branch but there could be some cover required in their other branches from time to time to cover annual leave and sickness.
My client is a first opinion practice, providing 24/7 nursing care and currently working towards Gold-standard cat friendly status.
They have separate cat and dog wards in all 3 of their branches and have recently refurbished 2 branches to support higher standards of care for their clients and patients, with plans for the 3rd branch renovations in 2023.
One position is full time; 40 hours per week worked over 4.5 days with a variable share of duty rota.
The second position is 32-40 hours per week worked over 4-4.5 days with a variable share of duty rota.
The duty rota is variable as they have both weekend night shifts available and weekend day shifts available.
