JR is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our client’s friendly, supportive and well-established, RCVS-accredited mixed animal practice with over 60 years of trusted service in the local community. Based in a stunning part of Devon, this location offers the perfect balance between city life (close to Exeter) and country escapes (near Dartmoor National Park).
The practice has been awarded a ISFM Silver Cat Friendly status and offers a brand-new lab setup including blood gas equipment as well as surgical and orthopaedic cases, offering plenty of opportunities to use your nursing skills.
The successful candidate can expect a large, experienced, and sociable team who hold regular team meals and social events and holds an excellent record of student nurse training and support.
As an RVN, you will participate in all areas of patient care, with the chance to specialise in areas you are passionate about.
This is a permanent full time role with an on call rota (1:6) with no inpatient checks and over time paid for any callouts.
