Are you an RVN with experience leading a team? Or perhaps you are looking for the next step into a more senior role?
Our client is looking for a Head Veterinary Nurse to take the lead of the Nursing Team at their busy small animal practice in Poole. This practice is set on the beautiful Jurassic coast, and your role here will involve all aspects of nursing as well as the day-to-day running of the practice. This position provides you with the opportunity to develop nursing clinics and use your initiative to promote new ideas; more responsibilities will form part of this role with full support being provided by the branch team of 2 Vets, 1 PT RVN 2 SVNs and 1 CCA.
In this role you will be provided with dedicated support with other duties, such as recruitment and Health and Safety. While there are still administration duties involved in your role, this support will allow you to spend more time managing your team and doing what you love, nursing!
Full time hours, with 1:4 Saturday mornings.
