Shift times: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Weekends: 1 in 3 weekends
Nurse Consults: Yes – strong emphasis on gold-standard care, feline medicine, and dentistry
Software used: Not specified (can be confirmed)
Team size: 2 certificate holders (feline medicine and diagnostic imaging) + experienced clinical and nursing staff
