Our client has an exciting opportunity for a qualified RVN to take on a leadership role within a busy and dynamic veterinary practice. You will be leading and working alongside an OOH Nursing and Patient Care Assistant team as well as collaborating with the clinical Nursing Manager and other Lead Nurses.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for and required to
- Drive a culture of clinical excellence and gold-standard care.
- Inspire, lead, and manage the OOH nursing and PCA team.
- Ensuring high standards of patient care, and clear communication across departments.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced, varied environment.
- Must be a great team player and self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
This is a permanent, part-time role working 28 hours a week, 7 days on 14 days off.
This role offers a salary up to £34,000 DOE.
