We’re working with a proudly independent and rapidly growing practice in Essex who are now looking for a confident, people-focused Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their family-style team.
Having recently expanded their clinic, they’re building something special – a place where the team writes their own protocols, builds their own rotas, and supports one another through the ups and downs of the job.
This role would suit an experienced RVN ready to step up into a head nurse-style position, or someone who already has some experience and wants to bring energy, warmth and compassion to a genuinely supportive environment.
The Role
- Full-time RVN (36–38 hours per week)
- 4 or 5 day week – your choice
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am–3pm)
- No on-call or out-of-hours
- Focus on supporting and training junior team members
- Opportunity to shape clinical standards and influence the future of the practice

- Independent and led by a team who value their people
- 7 vets, 4 RVNs, 4 SVNs, 4 VCAs, 3 receptionists
