This fun, easy going, independent practice in Stroud are looking for a veterinary nurse to join the team after one of their lovely nurses is relocating. You would be joining a friendly 8 nurse team who all get on well and spend time together outside of work.
Rota: 4 days a week (2 x 8am-7pm, 2 x 8am-5pm) with Mondays off. 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8am to 12.30pm) with an extra half day off in the week if it’s your Saturday morning. The practice day is well structured; they get their lunch breaks and leave on time!
Holidays: 5 weeks + bank holidays (which as Mondays are your day off means you you get the Bank Holiday Mondays as additional days of holiday)
Salary: £29-31k
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire. The practice is located next to canals, rivers, hills and (conveniently) an ice cream factory; great for lunch time dog walks/runs/bike rides. They have a branch practice in Stonehouse where they operate in the mornings
There are no OOH in this role and the vets do the inpatients. CPD allowance and RCVN fees paid, company pension scheme……the nurses drink ‘proper’ coffee.
