Janks has a great opportunity for a Head Nurse to join a wonderful team in the Borough of Barnet.
Our clients practice is growing rapidly and, therefore it would be an exciting time to join them! With clear career pathways, tailored to suit individual needs,this role could be great for an established Head RVN or someone wanting to take that next step in their career.
** Oversee the daily operation of the practice.
** Recruit, train, and develop the team, including running the appraisals process. Manage inhouse rotas, including overtime.
** Be responsible for health & safety within the surgery and maintain correct protocols and documentation.
** Promote a culture of improvement and professional development for all staff and proactively explore and implement changes based on team or client feedback.
Details:
- Salary up to £32,500
- Hours 40 per week
- 1:6 Weekends
- CPD allowance, leave and in-house
- RCVS and VDS fees paid
