📍 Location: West London
⏳ Schedule: 4 days a week + 1 in 3 weekends

Your Role:
- 🔹 Oversee the day-to-day clinical team operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient care
- 🔹 Support and mentor the growing nurse and VCA team, helping them develop their skills
- 🔹 Assist with clinical work where needed, leading by example
- 🔹 Use managerial skills to optimise workflow and ensure smooth practice operations
