We are exclusively representing a client who is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable RVN for a brand-new Floating Nurse position.

The Role: Embrace Variety and Impact
As a Floating Nurse, you will be a vital resource, covering shifts and filling gaps due to vacancies or long-term sickness across various modern practices in the South of England (commutable areas include the general regions of South London, North-East London, and the Hampshire coast).
- Adaptability is Key: You will rotate between different locations, integrating seamlessly with existing passionate clinical and non-clinical teams.
- Clinical Excellence: You will lead by example, consistently delivering the highest standard of clinical care and customer service.
- Modern Facilities: You will work in spacious, purpose-built surgeries equipped with the latest technology.
- Key Responsibilities: Promoting pet wellbeing, delivering preventative services, and supporting colleagues in treating sick and injured pets.
What We Are Looking For
We are searching for a confident, highly adaptable RVN who is excited by the challenge and flexibility this new role offers. You should be:
- An experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse with a proven track record of clinical excellence.
- Comfortable switching sites and quickly building rapport with new teams.
- Self-motivated and committed to maintaining high standards of care and client support.
Package and Benefits

- Salary: Highly competitive, ranging from £35,000 to £38,000, depending on experience.
- Travel Support: £150 per month Car/Travel Allowance.
