The Leadership Role
We are looking for a confident, self-motivated, and engaging leader to champion our nursing colleagues:
- Primary Focus: Lead the nursing team, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional clinical care and customer service.
- Mentorship: Keen to support and nurture the professional growth of all RVNs, Student Nurses, and VCAs.
- Environment: Work in a purpose-built, modern practice packed with the latest technology and fantastic facilities.
Rota Structure & Compensation
- Salary: Highly competitive, starting From £33,000 up to £40,000 (Dependent on Experience).
- Work Pattern: 4 days per week (working 9-hour shifts).
- Commitment: Includes duty nights and a simple 1 in 4 weekend rotation.
