Are you a passionate RVN looking for more than "just another nursing role"? We are recruiting for a founding team to launch a brand-new, purpose-built surgery near Twickenham!
This is your chance to step into a state-of-the-art facility and influence how the clinic runs, how the team works, and how patient care is delivered from day one.
💰 The Package
- Salary: £28,900 – £33,000 (DOE)
- Hours: 40 hours per week (4-day week, 9-hour shifts)
- Weekends: 1 in 4 rotation
- Balance: Nurse care nights (accommodation provided when required)
🏥 The Surgery
You’ll be working in a light, spacious, and modern environment designed for calm patient care.
- The Build: 8 Consult rooms, 3 Operating theatres, plus separate Dental and Imaging suites.
- The Tech: Fully equipped with modern diagnostics and a spacious prep area.
- The Support: Backed by a leading independent, family-owned veterinary group.

We want you to fully utilise your skills! You’ll be hands-on and integral to the practice:
- Clinical Freedom: Schedule 3 procedures, anaesthesia monitoring, and inpatient care.
- Client Connection: Running nurse clinics and promoting preventative healthcare.
- Founding Influence: Helping to create the team culture and operational workflow.
- Mentorship: Supporting student nurses and collaborating with the vet team.
