Our client, a newly established 24/7 emergency-only practice are looking for a head nurse to manage the team. Emergency Care. It extends the range of services we currently offer (triage, home visits) to the independent practices that we help with the cover of their emergencies.
Profile of the candidate:
They are seeking a candidate who shares the founders' vision of creating a thriving and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will:

- Hold a firm belief that our industry must never compromise on the quality of animal care.
- Take responsibility for the team's growth by providing training and organizing external training opportunities.
- Have a proven track record of head nursing in the UK, and be ready to embark on this exciting new adventure with us.
Type of contract: Direct employment only
Work Pattern:
Flexible as far as operations and duty allow it. No Out-Of-Hours.
