If you're craving a role where your skills are valued and your voice is heard
If you love being an RVN but you are tired of feeling stretched, rushed, or stuck, this could be the fresh start you have been hoping for. A place where you can use your nursing skills fully, grow with confidence and be part of a team that genuinely wants you to thrive.
The Opportunity
We're working with a modern, independent practice in the Morden area, that has invested heavily in creating an environment where clinical care and team wellbeing both matter. This is a surgery that welcomes every patient and every colleague warmly, day or night.
They are looking for a proactive RVN who enjoys variety, communicates clearly and wants to be part of a team that supports one another through the busy moments as well as the calmer ones. If you love learning, enjoy a caseload that keeps you thinking and want to feel part of something bigger than just the rota, you will fit in well here.
Success in this role looks like confidence, contribution and curiosity: you will use your nursing skills purposefully, be a trusted member of the team and have every opportunity to grow in the areas that excite you most.

- 1 in 4 weekends and duty nights on a rota
- A predictable structure designed to keep workloads sustainable
A culture that genuinely cares
