Our client is seeking a full-time Senior RVN to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a confident RVN ready to take the next step into clinical management or for an experienced hospital nurse looking for a fast-paced branch setting with a friendly "village" feel.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team of 2 Vets and a dedicated clinical support team, all committed to forming strong bonds with a well-established and insured client base.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an experienced RVN, ready to embrace leadership and mentor the team
- Thrive in a collaborative environment with a busy and varied caseload
- Be passionate about delivering top-notch patient care and exceptional client service
** Competitive Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 depending on experience, with room for growth
** Inclusive of your rota is a 1:4 Saturday shift at the branch and a 1:10 Sunday shift at the local hospital.
** Generous Annual Leave: 6.6 weeks including bank holidays
** CPD Opportunities: 2 days of paid CPD leave annually, with an additional responsibility allowance where applicable
