3 Exciting Opportunities | Day, Night & Senior ECC RVN Positions
VetPro Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for three exciting Emergency & Critical Care nursing opportunities within a progressive veterinary hospital environment.
📍 Locations: Surbiton, Surrey / Battersea, London (coming soon!)
These positions offer fantastic opportunities for RVNs passionate about emergency and critical care, with excellent shift patterns, varied caseloads and opportunities for professional development.
🔹 1. ECC DAY RVN – 7 DAYS ON / 7 DAYS OFF
🕗 8:00am – 8:00pm
An exciting opportunity for a confident RVN who enjoys emergency admissions, complex inpatient care and working within a busy hospital environment.
We are looking for a supportive team player who enjoys mentoring and developing less experienced nurses.
Previous ECC or referral experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

🔹 2. ECC NIGHT RVN – 7 NIGHTS ON / 7 NIGHTS OFF
🌙 8:00pm – 8:00am
Ideal for an RVN who thrives in an autonomous environment and enjoys emergency nursing, intensive care and overnight patient management.
You will work alongside the veterinary surgeon, providing high standards of nursing care to emergency and hospitalised patients.
ECC experience is preferred, although training can be provided for the right candidate.

🔹 3. SENIOR ECC NIGHT RVN – 7 NIGHTS ON / 14 NIGHTS OFF
🌙 8:00pm – 8:00am
An excellent opportunity for an experienced ECC or referral RVN looking to take the next step in their career.
You will play a key role in overnight patient care, supporting junior colleagues and helping to develop the ECC service.
Candidates should have strong clinical skills, significant ECC experience and the confidence to make decisions in a busy hospital environment.
An ECC qualification, or working towards one, would be advantageous.
There may also be scope for a mixture of day and night shifts.
