We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a close‑knit practice.
Parker and Crowther Vets have been providing first‑opinion veterinary care to pet owners along the Sefton coast for over 30 years. Our highly trained and dedicated team of Vets, Veterinary Nurses, and Veterinary Receptionists are committed to delivering a personal, compassionate, and empathetic service to every client and patient.
We are proud to work with a number of local charities, with many of our nurses and vets volunteering their own time both in the UK and overseas.

The Role
Full-time or part-time position working across our four practices: Maghull, Birkdale, Churchtown and Formby
Working pattern
- Full-time hours can be worked across either 3.5 days per week, or a 3-day / 4-day week rotation over a two-week period
- Full-day shifts are 10.5 hours (8:00am - 6:30pm)
- We are seeking candidates who can support our rota which will include Fridays - either 8:00am - 6:30pm, or 1:00pm - 6:30pm. If you have specific working pattern requirements, we'd be happy to discuss them
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, 8:30am - 1:00pm (included in your hours)
**Competitive salary, dependent on experience
