About the role
This is a 4-day week role, rota’d to either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, consisting of 10 hours per day. Lieu days will be rotated and shared, meaning there will be a 4-day weekend every other week. The rota will be shared with their other deputy head nurse to be part charge nursing and managing the clinical floor, clinical shifts, and some administration time.
You will be joining a large and established nursing team of approximately 24 RVN’s 4 Senior Nurses, 7 SVN’s and 10 VNA’s.
