JR Veterinary is recruiting on behalf of a modern practice in North London looking for an inspiring Head RVN to lead their nursing team. You will have a genuine opportunity to influence clinical standards, shape the local workplace culture, and build a dedicated nursing team where skills are fully utilised and genuinely valued from the very beginning.
Rota & Financial Package:
- Working Pattern: 5 days per week, Monday – Friday only.
- Hours: A flexible mix of early and late shifts.
- Weekends: No weekend rota commitments!
- Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum, depending entirely on experience (DOE).
Key Responsibilities:
As the clinical and operational leader of the nursing team, you will:
- Lead, support, and actively develop your nursing team.
- Ensure exceptional patient care and an outstanding client experience.
- Oversee nurse clinics, inpatient care protocols, and theatre standards.
- Drive the full utilization of nursing skills, including Schedule 3 procedures.
- Support student nurses and oversee clinical coaching within the practice.
- Help shape the day-to-day ways of working and foster a collaborative environment.
