The Practice
This friendly, progressive small animal practice has grown significantly over recent years and continues to invest in both its people and facilities. The team works to high clinical standards in a collaborative, supportive environment, with a strong focus on development and wellbeing.
The practice is purpose-built and well equipped, including:
Full in-house laboratory
Ultrasound facilities
Digital X-ray
Species-specific kennel areas

Conveniently located in North West London, the practice benefits from excellent public transport links as well as easy road access and onsite parking.
The Role
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, including 1 in 3 Saturdays with time off in lieu. There are no out-of-hours or Sunday requirements, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
The role would suit an established Head RVN or a confident, experienced RVN looking to take the next step. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior clinical and management team, contributing to the continued development of the nursing team and the wider practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Clinical coaching and support for student veterinary nurses
- Running nurse clinics, including obesity, diabetic and behavioural consults
- Undertaking Schedule 3 procedures, including dental scale and polish
- Supporting routine nursing duties such as second vaccinations and post-operative checks
- Playing an active role in practice development and standards
Who They’re Looking For
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse
- Strong communication skills and a positive, lead-by-example approach
- Interest in coaching, mentoring and developing others
- Experience as a Clinical Coach is welcomed, but training and support can be provided
- Enthusiastic, organised and team-focused
