📅 Rota & Work-Life Balance:

• Hours & Flexibility: Full-time or part-time options considered. The full-time contract is based on 40 hours per week. Rota flexibility is actively offered to support a healthy work-life balance.
• No OOH: Enjoy your evenings with absolutely no out-of-hours responsibilities or overnight inpatient checks.
• Weekends: A manageable 1 in 3 weekend rotation.
• Salary: A highly competitive salary starting from £30,000 FTE, dependent on your experience.

🩺 Your Clinical Environment & Role:

• The Caseload: A busy, fast-paced environment with a highly diverse and interesting clinical caseload that allows you to use your nursing skills to their absolute full potential.
• Clinical Freedom: Nurses are the absolute heart of this practice. You will be fully encouraged to utilise your complete skillset daily, including Schedule 3 procedures, anaesthesia, nurse consulting, and dedicated inpatient care.

• A qualified, Registered Vet Nurse with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Someone who takes immense pride in working to a high standard and delivers excellent patient and client care.
• An individual who is eager to learn about the business side of practice and is interested in learning how to motivate a team to achieve personal and practice goals.
• All Experience Levels Welcome: Whether you are a newly qualified RVN looking for a supportive practice to kickstart your career, or a more experienced nurse looking to take the next rewarding step in your progression, full support is tailored to you.
