Are you an experienced and passionate RVN ready to take the next step in your career? Our client’s practice is seeking a motivated Lead Veterinary Nurse to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional patient and client care while fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
As Lead Veterinary Nurse, you will be instrumental in ensuring high clinical standards and seamless patient care at our client’s practice. Your leadership will support the growth and success of the practice by nurturing a cohesive team culture and maintaining exceptional care protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence: Lead by example in all nursing duties, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and infection control.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and support the nursing team, fostering a collaborative and happy working environment.
- Patient Care: Provide a high and sustainable quality of nursing care, supporting the team in delivering gold-standard veterinary services.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments, promoting clarity and efficiency.
- Standards and Compliance: Implement and uphold standards such as PSS and ISFM guidelines.
- Support and Development: Work closely with the Clinical Nursing Manager to achieve practice goals and support the professional growth of team members.
- Clinical Focus: Approximately 95% of the role will be clinical duties, with 5% allocated to administrative responsibilities.
