Based in a vibrant town, our client’s practice presents an exceptional work environment, complemented by cutting-edge equipment. They are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their dynamic team.
The successful candidate will integrate into an established group consisting of 3 veterinarians (including 1 certificate holder), 4 RVNs, and 3 promising student nurses at various stages of their training. You will be supported by a committed team whose collaboration ensures seamless operation even during challenging moments.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to fully utilize your nursing skills, including patient admission, anaesthetic monitoring, recovery, and discharge. Additionally, you will collaborate with SVNs to facilitate theatre turnover and patient preparation. The practice actively encourages Schedule 3 procedures, with the nursing team playing a pivotal role in workflow management and patient care.
Applicants should possess solid nursing experience and exceptional customer service skills, coupled with a cheerful, down-to-earth demeanour and a genuine passion for animal welfare. A minimum of two years post-qualification experience is required, with preference given to candidates who are either Clinical Coaches or willing to undergo training for the role.
This is a full-time position comprising 40 hours per week, ideally structured as 4 extended days (8:30 am - 7 pm) with Saturday shifts scheduled 1 in 4 (with compensatory time off). Consideration may be given to job-sharing arrangements.
