We are working with a fabulous, independent feline only clinic near Oxford that are looking for a cat loving RVN to join them on a permanent basis. They have two sites across the Oxfordshire area.
Feline experience or qualifications are an advantage, but a passion for patient and client care is of the most importance to them with team-fit, a can-do attitude and attention to detail. Day to day you will work with all aspects of nursing, whilst also having the ability to run and manage your own clinics.
If there is a certain area that you would like to clinically develop our client is very encouraging of CPD and is happy to help/fund this.
The current team is 4 1st opinion vets, 2 referral vets, 5 nurses, head nurse, 2 patient care assistants and a team of 4 receptionists.
Our client is really focused on finding the right personality fit for the practice and will consider both full and part time applicants.
Hours include 1 in 5 weekends, NO emergency OOH. Inpatient checks only on a rota basis - 1 weekday late check per week. Weekend checks shared with the duty vet.
