Are you an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a rewarding consulting-focused role where you can make a real difference to patient care?
At Tay Valley Veterinary Centre, we're looking for a confident, enthusiastic RVN to join our friendly and supportive team in a busy full-time consulting position. This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working independently, building strong client relationships, and developing nurse-led services.
The Role
Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing consultations while helping to expand and develop our nurse clinics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Running a varied schedule of nurse consultations.
- Delivering and developing nurse-led clinics, including weight management, puppy and kitten advice, senior pet clinics, dental care, chronic disease support, and preventative healthcare.
- Providing exceptional client education and support to promote lifelong pet health.
- Working closely with our veterinary team to ensure excellent patient care.
- Contributing new ideas to help grow and enhance our consulting services.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a Registered Veterinary Nurse with post-qualification experience
- Is confident managing consultations independently
- Has excellent communication and client care skills
- Enjoys educating clients and building lasting relationships
- Is proactive, organised, and keen to develop new clinics and services
- Works well as part of a supportive, collaborative team
