A well-established veterinary hospital in Edinburgh is looking for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join its experienced team. With a varied mix of first opinion, hospital and emergency cases, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The Role

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
  
  
• Four-day working week, with shifts typically running from 8am to 6pm.
  
  
• Part-time applications also welcomed.
  
  
• Weekend rota of just 1 in 6.
  
  
• No out-of-hours rota.
  
  
• Varied caseload covering first opinion, hospital and emergency nursing.
  
  
• Opportunities to develop clinical interests and gain experience across multiple disciplines.
  
  
• Salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience.
  
  

About You To be considered for this Registered Veterinary Nurse position, you'll need to be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with a genuine passion for patient care and a team-focused approach.

You'll ideally enjoy working in a busy clinical environment, be confident supporting a varied caseload and be keen to continue developing your nursing skills. Nurses with a particular interest in emergency and critical care, surgery or hospital nursing will have plenty of opportunities to explore these interests.
