Are you an inspiring and passionate RVN looking to help run and manage a team of 1 Vet and 1 patient care assistant?
Our client based on the outskirts of Telford, are looking for a Head Nurse to join their friendly village practice. This position is part time working an average of 28 hours per week which includes 1 in 6 full weekends at the nearby hospital.
Key responsibilities:
** Help to run and manage small team
** Continue the support and growth of the practice
** Confident with all aspects of nursing as well as the management including administrative tasks such as health and safety, practice standards, health care plan, debt collection, insurance and finances.
** Be responsible for the training of the junior team member.
- Salary up to £22,750
- Part time 28 hours
- 1:6 full weekends at local hospital
- RCVS fees paid
- CPD allowance plus CPD leave
- 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays (FTE)
