Are you ready to lead a dedicated team and take the next step in your veterinary nursing career? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our clients well-established practice in the picturesque countryside of Somerton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of nurses and reception staff to deliver outstanding patient and client care.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while ensuring a high clinical standard.
- Provide mentorship and support for student nurses, helping them grow and succeed.
- Deliver a variety of nursing duties, including nurse-led appointments, patient monitoring, and surgical assistance.
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Partner to develop the practice and team clinically.
- Conduct team briefings to ensure smooth practice operations.
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Full-time role working 43 hours per week, including 1:4 weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital.
