My client in Somerset is looking for an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team.
The position will include a range of Nursing responsibilities such as Nurse Clinics, Anaesthetics, Inpatient Care and Laboratory work. It will involve working in a combination of their branches.
Shifts are 8 hours per day, 3-5 days per week ranging from 7:00am to 7:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
You will join the Weekend on-call rota, 8:30am-1:00pm Saturday and 8:30am-10:30am on Sunday, both days include being on call until 7:00pm. Weekend shifts are paid on top of normal salary. Well-behaved dogs are welcome to come to work too.
The practice is well equipped with a supportive and friendly team. They have extensive diagnostic and clinical tools including endoscopy, ultrasonography, digital radiography (including dental radiography), in-house laboratory and much more!
Currently, they have 9 Veterinary Surgeons, including 1 Medicine Certificate holder 2 Surgical, and 1 Medicine and Exotics certificate nearing completion. 9 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Veterinary Nurse, 4 Animal Nursing Assistants and 18 Support Staff.
You will be looking at a salary of up to £30,160k pa depending on experience.
