The Role: Clinical Variety & Excellence
As a small but mighty practice, our client prides themselves on having the time, equipment, and expertise to do the job to an exceptional standard. You won’t just be in the background; you’ll be at the heart of the clinical process.
- Hands-On Nursing: Your daily responsibilities will include admissions, inpatient care, blood sampling, catheter placement, and anaesthesia.
- Nurse Clinics: Run your own consults and build lasting relationships with a loyal client base.
- Growth & Support: The practice actively encourages developing individual interests, with full funding for CPD and certificates.
The Rota: Designed Around You
Our client understands that a "perfect" schedule varies from person to person. They are highly open to discussing flexible hours and working patterns that suit your lifestyle.
- Weekends: Just 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8:30am – 12:30pm) on a flexible rotation.
- No OOH: Ensuring you have plenty of time to switch off and recharge.
