Are you an experienced Veterinary Care Assistant (VCA) / Patient Care Assistant (PCA) looking for an independent practice where your passion and input truly count? We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on VCA to join a thriving, community-focused clinic in South East London!

- Your Varied, Rewarding Role
- This is a key, all-rounder position that balances clinical support with client engagement.
- Clinical Duties: Assist Vets and Nurses with procedures, prepare patients for theatre, monitor recovery, maintain high hygiene standards, and manage stock/equipment.
- Client Care: Warmly greet clients, handle calls, manage the diary, process payments, and provide information on services.
Schedule and Perks
- Salary: Highly competitive at £27,000 per annum.
- Work-Life Balance: No OOH or Bank Holiday shifts!
- Rota: Flexible schedule, initially alternating 9 AM–5 PM and 11 AM–7 PM shifts, moving to a 4-day week (9 AM–7 PM) as the team expands.
- Weekends: Only 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (9 AM–1 PM) with time back in the week.
