Are you an experienced RVN, or a confident nurse ready to step up into a leadership role? My client is looking for a motivated and organised Head Veterinary Nurse to lead a friendly team in South London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career, managing a team of 5 while still being hands-on with nursing duties. You’ll play a key role in developing protocols, supporting your colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.
The Role:
4 days per week
1 in 4 weekends
OOH/on-call (usually less frequent than once a week)
Bonus scheme for on-call nights worked
Lead and support a nursing team of 5
Deliver outstanding patient care while driving a positive team culture
About You:
RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse
Strong leadership and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and approachable
Previous senior experience is ideal, but we welcome applications from RVNs looking to step into their first leadership role
