A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head RVN to lead a supportive nursing team in a purpose-built, modern practice in South West London. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse looking to shape the future of veterinary nursing within an environment where professional development is genuinely prioritised.
You will join a dedicated 6-vet team delivering high standards of animal care as part of an independent, family-owned veterinary group.
Role & Schedule Details:
- Position: Permanent Head RVN
- Working Pattern: 4 days per week (9-hour shifts)
- Hours: Average 40 hours per week
- Weekend Rota: 1 in 4 weekends
- On-Call Duties: Participation in the duty night rota
- Salary: £34,000 – £42,000 per annum (DOE)
Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced RVN with strong clinical knowledge.
- Confident, self-motivated, and engaging leader.
- Passionate about supporting and mentoring RVNs, student veterinary nurses, and VCAs.
