Are you a confident, motivated, and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? Our client is seeking a Head Nurse to lead their skilled and compassionate nursing team at a well-established and modern practice in Doncaster.
As Head Nurse, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting the team of RVNs, students, and VCAs. You’ll ensure the delivery of exceptional clinical care and outstanding customer service, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
The modern, purpose-built veterinary practice is home to state-of-the-art facilities and a passionate, friendly team dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. Many team members are pursuing certificates, ensuring the practice offers a wide range of advanced clinical services.
Salary: Starting from £32,000 (DOE).
Hours: 4 or 5 days per week, working 8-10 hour shifts.
Weekends: 1:4 rota.
