VetPro Recruitment are currently seeking a proactive small animal Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a friendly team at a practice in Suffolk. This opportunity is great for an experienced RVN or a trainee Veterinary Nurse just starting out in their career. You will be joining an experienced team consisting of 3 Veterinary Surgeons and 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses with typically one to two Vets performing procedures during the day as well as consultations and a consult only Vet. This is a full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (Monday to Friday). You will be expected to work one on-call weekend and one Saturday morning in every 12-week period. Time off in lieu. You will take part in an out of hours rota to help take care of inpatients. This is worked one night in three weeks and involves checks, administering medication to any inpatients as well as helping to work up and stabilise any cases which present late in the day.
