Dan's client in Surrey is currently looking to recruit a client facing lead RVN to join their nursing team.
**Hours- 40 hours per week
**Shifts between 07:30 and 19:00
**Share of Saturday 08:00-13:00 shifts on a rota basis and time off in lieu
**No bank holidays, on call or Out of Hours required
The successful candidate will work alongside a supportive team of Vets, RVNs, SVNs, a PCA and Client Care team in a beautiful clinic with a strong client base. They are looking for a candidate who will be able to build and promote the nurse clinics while supporting the Client Care team and nursing team with client and patient related queries.
This role will have some line management duties, pharmacy and prescription responsibilities as well as some general nursing and patient care duties.
Essential Criteria
**Small animal Registered Veterinary Nurses with a minimum of 3 Years RVN experience
**An interest in nurse consultations, client care and preventative healthcare
**Able to promote the value of nursing consultations and a passion for high standard of nursing and client care
**Strong communication and nursing skills in and around a consultation environment
**Comfortable performing some Line Management Duties
**Happy working alone as well as in a team
Desirable Criteria
**Previous line management experience
**Previous Nursing Consult experience
**Evidence of relevant CPD
