Are you a passionate and experienced RVN ready to take on a leadership role? We’re looking for a dedicated Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join an established team in Surrey. This opportunity offers not only the chance to manage a dynamic team but also to develop and enhance the clinic’s clinical and operational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead nursing duties and support the team in delivering exceptional patient care
- Manage admissions, discharges, and patient transfers with attention to detail
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of nurses and reception staff
- Oversee nurse-led appointments and surgery assistance
- Collaborate with the Branch Partner to improve clinical standards and practices
- Support clinical development through coaching, training, and continuing education
What We Offer:
- Salary: £35,000 per year
- Working Hours: Full-time, 43 hours per week with 1:4 weekends at Wokingham 24-Hour

Requirements:
- RCVS registered Veterinary Nurse with experience in patient and client care
- Proven ability to manage a team and work collaboratively
- Experience with nurse consults and team coaching
