My client in Surrey is looking for a motivated, organised, and experienced RVN to take on a Senior role within a busy hospital setting.
Working:Â
4days a week, 40 hours
Weekend and on call rota to be discussed
Salary:
Up to £37,150k DOE
✨ What you’ll be doing:
Leading and supporting the clinical team
Working closely with specialists to deliver outstanding patient care
Using your advanced clinical, organisational & problem-solving skills
Mentoring and guiding junior staff
The role requires the post holder to:
✨Possess not only advanced clinical nursing skills but also exceptional skills in logistics and problem solving to ensure all barriers to the delivery of patient care are overcome and care is completed to a high standard.
✨Have strong communication skills in order to carry out their duties when interacting with the clinical team, clients and referring veterinary practices in order to promote the clinical flow of patients through the hospital.
✨Be able to mentor and supervise other nursing staff/veterinary care assistants and where necessary use their own expertise and experience to support, educate and guide them in order to provide an exceptional level of care to our patients.
