my client in South London is looking for an ambitious, compassionate and clinically driven Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to join this award-winning team.
This is a role for a nurse who wants more than a title. It’s for someone who wants to lead from the front, champion outstanding nursing, develop people, and help create an environment where exceptional patient care becomes the standard.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Lead, mentor and inspire a highly skilled nursing team
- Champion exceptional standards of nursing and patient welfare
- Work alongside experienced clinicians across a broad range of disciplines
- Develop your own clinical expertise while supporting others to do the same
- Encourage confident, evidence-based nursing practice
- Help shape protocols, standards and the future direction of the nursing team
- Support the development of student nurses and colleagues at every stage of their careers

- Balance hands-on clinical nursing with meaningful leadership and team development
Your Working Week
- 4-day working week
- 1-in-4 weekend rota
- Time off in lieu for weekend work
- Accommodation in central London available if required
- Salary of up to £48,000, depending on experience
